Ellis Wade was an older community built in the 1950s and 1960s that is beginning to see a lot of new construction being built. Adjacent to the Silver Comet, the East/West Connector and the Highland Station shopping complex, The Estates at Ellis Wade has taken the place of the older Smyrna Vinings neighborhood. The homes being built in The Estates at Ellis Wade are luxurious, craftsman style homes with all the amenities. The new homes for sale in The Estates at Ellis Wade start in the high $500s.
