Smyrna Artist Business Association
If you have not heard of the Smyrna Artist Business Association, the City of Smyrna is currently inviting artists to help form a business association specifically for artists. The group is made up of creative poeple who are currently making a living using their artistic/creative talents or who soon hope to be doing so, but all are committed to the arts and to giving the arts a name in Smyrna.
The first meeting was in October of 2007 and charged with energy and ideas with around 30 people! Thanks to all who attended and shared ideas for the present and the future. The second meeting was very productive and committees formed at that meeting are now working on the website, meetings and organization structure. Thanks again to Shay Burdette and REV Coffee for hosting and the fabulous atmosphere and the hard work.
The meetings of the SABA continue to be fun and full of energy. Thanks to all who have attended and thanks for continuing to help shape things to come.

More than just business concerns for artists, we are looking for a way for local artists to communicate and interact with each other on a regular basis. Meetings are planned to happen at the coolest coffee spot ever, Rev Coffee, on the second Tuesdayof each month at 6:30 p.m. Thank you for your interest.
