My fiancee and I are closing on a home in this community at the end of July. We are very excited as it looks like a wonderful place to live! Does anyone know if they’re adding an exercise room in addition to the pool that’s already available at the neighboring complex?

Thanks for the question. Unfortunately, I don’t think there are any plans to add an exercise room. The Registry at Park Avenue offers a swimming pool, cabana, a seven acre park with includes a dog park for your four-legged friends and convenient access to The Silver Comet Trail where you can get your exercise the old-fashioned way, by running, biking, walking or blading.
