As the largest fair in metro Atlanta, the Superior Plumbing North Georgia State Fair attracts nearly 300,000 people every year from north Georgia and neighboring states. The North Georgia State Fair features live music, free attractions and shows, farm animals, flower shows, blue ribbon competitions, local entertainment, and delicious fair foods. There are also games and rides on the Great James H. Drew Exposition midway is one of the largest carnival midways in the United States, featuring the Wildcat Rollercoaster and the Georgia Mountain Lift.

A covered arena guarantees concerts rain or shine, including appearances by great country and contemporary Christian artists. Headlining the Georgia Lottery Concert Series this year are: Danny Gokey on Friday, September 25; Mark Wills on Saturday, September 26; Montgomery Gentry on Wednesday, September 30; Dustin Lynch on Thursday, October 1; Kellie Pickler on Friday, October 2; Eric Paslay on Saturday,
October 3; All concerts begin at 8 p.m. Concerts FREE with fair admission.

Admission:

$7.00 admission. Children 10 and under are free. Ride tickets are $1.25 each, $20.00 for 21 tickets, $50.00 for 55 tickets and $100 for 120 tickets. All rides require more than one ticket.
Parking is $3.

The North Georgia State Fair runs from Thursday, September 24th through Sunday, October 4th, 2015.

Monday through Thursday 4 to 11 p.m.,
Fridays 4 p.m. to midnight
Saturdays 10 a.m. to midnight, and
Sundays 12:30p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
