South City Kitchen Vinings (SCKV) is honoring guys with a private lunch, cooking class and whiskey tasting just for the man in your life on Saturday, June 23 from 11am-1pm called “SCKVMEN.” He’ll feast on 3-courses prepared by Executive Chef Chip Ulbrich; each course will be paired with “Daddy’s little helper”—whiskey—of which our beverage manager, David Hobbs, will school him on the ins and outs. Plus, he’ll get a little schooling, too, because real men cook.

Entree: Lamb Burger Sliders with farmer’s cheese, cucumber, lamb’s lettuce, chips
Demo: Easy home-made farmer’s cheese
Dessert: Peach-bacon donut flambé
Demo: Fire-in-the-hole aka proper flambé technique
