Nickajack Elementary Foundation & King Springs Elementary Foundation are excited about the upcoming 2nd Annual Kickball Classic Tournament & Fall Festival on October 2nd! A wonderful event that gives adults a day to play like kids again! But let’s not forget all of the wonderful activities for kids of all ages to come out and enjoy our Fall Festival while the tournament is taking place ALL DAY!
Date: October 2nd (Rain date is October 16th)
Where: Rhyne Park, Smyrna
Time: Registration begins at 9:30am. Tournament begins at 11:00am.
* An exhibition game between the Nickajack Staff & Kings Springs Staff will take place at 10am. Please come out & support your school! Last year Nickajack took home the trophy, but Kings Springs is eager for their turn!
Teams: Each team will consist of 10-15 co-ed players. There will be a maximum of 12 teams. Participation for the tournament will be on a first come first serve basis. Individual registrants will be paired together on a team.
Price: $35 per person or $400 per team (T-Shirts included)
Food: Food will be available for purchase at the Rhyne Park concession stand.
Tournament Format:
They will have four, three team divisions. Each plays the other two teams one time and the winner of the division moves to the semifinals, in the event of a three way tie within the division the team with the greatest difference between runs scored and runs allowed will move on. Every team is guaranteed a minimum of 2 games, with a maximum number of four if you make it to the finals.
Registration deadline for participants & teams is September 16th to receive a t-shirt, and September 23rd without.
