The Vinings Business Association (VBA) has announced five finalists for their coveted, 2010 Vinings Business of the Year award.
In making the announcement VBA President Bill Borden said, We are proud to recognize these five Vinings area businesses for their outstanding commitment to the Vinings community and for their continued contribution and growth in this area in spite of recent economic events. They have shown leadership and perseverance in their respective fields and we congratulate them on their achievements, Borden said.
The 5 finalists (in no particular order) are: Vinings Historic Preservation Society (VHPS); Paces Holdings/Vinings Jubilee; Courtyard by Marriott – Vinings; Social Vinings restaurant and The BrightSide Newspaper Vinings Edition.
Each of the finalists will be invited to speak at the (1st Tuesday) December 7th luncheon at Social Vinings restaurant (3621 Vinings Slope Dr, Atlanta, GA 30339) to share some of their secrets on how they have succeeded.
The program is held from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm and is $15 for members and $20 for non-members. Only cash or checks are accepted at the door.
The 2010 winner will be announced at the January 4, 2011 luncheon. The 2009 winner was SOHO Vinings restaurant.
