Traton Homes announced last week that they would be completing the construction of Wakefield Estates on Atlanta Road. The swim neighborhood was originally built by Williamscraft and homes sold in the $500s and $600s.
With the tough home sales market in this price point, Traton Homes was able to 
step into the project and begin building homes at a very attractive price point, with homes starting from the $330s. Traton is offering a variety of floor plans, many of which were used in their highly successful Barnes Mill development.
