Smyrna Charity Boot Camp

Your mobile gym is starting a Charity Boot Camp in Smyrna through Boot Camps with a Purpose to raise money to help bring home a little girl with Down Syndrome from Taiwan to her new family here in Georgia.
E-Z Walkin’ Boot Camp – for all levels (it can be as easy or as hard – we’ll take care of each personal individually within the group). Great for boomers, beginners, folks trying to get motivated to exercise again, old injury friendly, on up to those who just want to add something different in their workout routine. Come and be uplifted, inspired and for a super cause!!
Hosted by Your mobile gym and sponsored by Smyrna Bicycles. They’ll start at the bus (there will be a banner hanging on the front of the Smyrna Bicycles bus for the boot camp) on the sidewalk, next to E-W Connector on Silver Comet Trail Extension. Workout will include warm up, stretching, walking workout, and cool down.

Every Saturday, 7:00-8:00am
Where: Meet at the Smyrna Bicycles bus, in the front parking lot of The Shops at Silver Comet, 4624 Camp Highland Rd, Smyrna, GA 30082
Cost: $15/class, or 8 classes $120, 10 classes, $140, 15 classes $195, 20 classes $250. Free Boot Camp t-shirt for the first 10 folks that sign up for 8 or more classes.
Free bottled water; weekly drawing of prizes for participants.
100% of all money collected goes to the cause
