Well one month ago, we created a Smyrna real estate Best Buy List. We’re back again to provide you with an update. When last we spoke, there were 979 homes and 627 condos and townhomes on the market and we whittled the list down to 48 total properties that we felt were great deals.

Of the 48 deals we identified, 14 have sold or gone under contract in the last 30 days, which is 29%.
