The Retreat at Old Vinings Lake was built by Traton Homes in 2003 to 2004. The Retreat at Old Vinings Lake is an active swim/tennis community and features 100 homes. Traton Homes is also the builder at Covered Bridge at Barnes Mill, Cooper’s Glen, King Valley at Vinings, Collier Gate, Reed Place and Carriage Hill.
