There’s seemingly fewer and fewer minutes in the day anymore as people seem to cram more and more activities in an already hectic schedule. But then the thought creeps into your mind, “I’d like to buy a new house”.
Well, certainly the Internet makes it a lot easier to shop for houses. But still, if you want to make your home search as efficient as possible and not waste precious time, just follow these tips.
- SmyrnaVinings.com is the #1 real estate site in Smyrna Vinings and you can search for every home that is currently listed for sale (ie once you get here, you don’t need to go anywhere else). Think about the time savings!
- When you search for your new home, you have options. You can simply use the Quick Search located on the right sidebar or you can run an Advanced Search. The advantage of the Advanced Search is that you can establish additional criteria, such as the Year Built, a specific zip code, city, school district, etc.
- Once you’ve clicked the magic Submit Search button, the wonders of the universe will reveal themselves to you. Well, not really. But you will see every home currently on the market that meets your criteria, which is pretty cool.
- Now for the real time savings. At the very top and bottom of the search results, you can click “Save This Search”. This will allow you to create an account - takes 5 seconds. You will then be able to save the search in your own Property Organizer. You won’t have to keep coming back to re-do the search, since you’ve saved it and you’ll be notified automatically when new homes hit the market that meet your criteria.
- Better yet, one other time saver that we’ve built in to Smyrna Vinings’ top home search engine is the ability to save the homes. Simply by clicking on the the link “Save this Listing” next to a home, you will automatically save the home to your Property Organizer. Don’t have to worry about forgetting which homes you liked or trying to keep track of your notes. All of your favorite homes all in one place.
I can now rest easily knowing that I have done my part to make your life a little easier.
