Master Gardener Volunteers of Cobb County is pleased to offer five delightful personal garden retreats and one Master Gardener project open for touring on Saturday, May 10.
These gardens will delight the senses and give inspiration to gardeners and would-be-gardeners alike. All the gardens will have opportunities for the public to learn ways Master Gardeners save water and will feature drought tolerant plants. Plant lists and printed educational materials will also be available at each garden.
A Master Gardener plant sale at the McFarlane Nature Center will be open to the public The McFarlane Nature Center is the Master Gardener project featured on the tour.
For your convenience tickets are available three ways:
• In person at the Cobb Extension Office, Monday through Friday, April 21 through May 9 8:00 a.m.
until 5:00 p.m. Check only, made payable to MGVOCC.
• By mail by mailing this form with check made out to MGVOCC. Ticket requests by mail must be received
prior to May 2, 2007.
• At each Garden tickets will be available during the time of the tour, May 10, 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
