The Vinings Historic Preservation Society is pleased to announce The Fourth Annual Vinings Golf Classic, to be held on Monday, April 28, 2008. You are invited to join them for a day at The Farm Golf Club in Dalton, Ga., voted one of the top 5 courses in the southeastern United States and one of the finest designs of famed architect Tom Fazio.

There are still some sponsorship opportunities available as well playing spots. Playing spots are $300 each or $1200 for a foursome. All playing spots include all golf fees, food and beverage on the course and a ticket to the Sunday Night Pairings Party.

That’s right, the Pairings Party will be returning, by popular demand, to SoHo in Vinings, Sunday, April 27, 6-9 pm. Food, drinks, entertainment, a live auction and neighborhood fun will surely make this a fabulous evening.Sponsors and golfers attend the Pairings Party at no charge. Everyone is welcome to attend, including spouses and guests.

The Vinings Historic Preservation Society was founded in 1993 to preserve the historic spirit and structures of the Vinings area.. The Society is an all volunteer, non-profit organization that is funded in full by local individuals and businesses. Maintenance and special projects are approximately $80,000 per year.

We need to build a financial reserve that allows the Society to strategically plan for future projects and events. Help us preserve this piece of Atlanta that is so rich in history and culture. Play golf, be a sponsor, or both on behalf of yourself, your company, your corporation or your grandchildren. We look forward to your involvement!
