Spring Street Village

Spring Street Village is a 25 home community of craftsman style homes situated next to a Durham Park and just a short walk to Smyrna Market Village. The homes in Spring Street Village began construction in 2007 by John Willis Homes. John Willis Homes is also the builder for Stonegate and Longview at Rivers Call.

Spring Street Village homes include gourmet kitchens with stained cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and recessed lighting. The homes also feature 10’ ceilings on main and 9’ foot ceilings upstairs. Spring Street Village homes for sale start in the high $400s.
