Rileys Walk Phase II 

Cottage Craft Homes has just launched the grand opening of Phase II of Rileys Walk, which is just east of Smyrna Market Village. Phase I of Rileys Walk is built by Monte Hewett Homes and includes 26 homes.

Cottage Craft Homes is building 5 new custom homes along Old Roswell Road with potential for an additional 10 homes in Phase III. The homes feature rear-entry access, 12′ ceilings and 8′ doors on the main floor, luxurious master suites, kitchens with walk-in pantries, stained cabinetry, granite countertops, large gourmet islands, vaulted Keeping rooms, huge Dining Rooms with adjacent Butler’s Pantry.

    Phase II of Riley’s Walk was subsequently renamed from Riley’s Walk to The Cottages at Market Village
