Smyrna Birthday Celebration

It’s time to celebrate! The City of Smyrna is celebrating its 135th birthday with a party to commemorate the birth of the “Jonquil City.” Festivities for this spectacular Birthday Celebration will be held on Saturday, August 4 from 6:00 p.m. – to 10:00 p.m. on the Village Green.
Smyrna favorites Banks and Shane and The Mustangs return for another rocking birthday celebration. The Mustangs take to the stage at 6:00 p.m. with Banks and Shane closing out the musical performances from 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. with fireworks at dark.
A grand birthday bash would not be complete without a grand birthday cake. Smyrna’s McEntyre’s Bakery has designed an impressive 10-foot, six-tiered cake This six-tiered delectable delight is decorated in the traditional colors of green and yellow.
Fantastic fireworks as the grand finale are the icing on the cake for Smyrna’s 135th birthday celebration.
Fireworks, birthday festivities, and kids’ entertainment area add to the fun of this exciting birthday event.
